What we collect
When you use an enquiry form, the details you type (such as your name, phone model, city and questions) are used to prepare a WhatsApp message on your device. At this stage the website does not store form entries on a server.
Enquiries are sent only when you press Send inside WhatsApp. Messages you send are handled by WhatsApp and by our team to respond to you. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.
The Shanu assistant
Chats with Shanu are not saved after you leave the page.
Analytics
We do not currently use tracking analytics. This policy will be updated before any are added.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete messages or details you've shared by contacting us on WhatsApp.
